Mr. Davidson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of IMPACT Silver Corp. since May 2000. He has been actively involved in the mining and mineral exploration industries for over 33 years, through Energold Drilling Corp. and predecessor companies, where he served in various capacities and helped finance public and private mining companies. His experience spans over 18 countries throughout North America, South America, Africa and Asia. Mr. Davidson has sat on the board of Wheaton River Minerals, Redhawk Resources and Plexis Resources. Prior to IMPACT Silver, Mr. Davidson was the VP and Chief Financial Officer of TOTAL Energold Corp., an energy and gold producer which had over $250 million in assets producing over 10,000 barrels of oil per day, 15 million cubic feet of natural gas and 100,000 ounces of gold on an annual basis. Previously, he spent 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of Erikson Gold Mines Ltd. and Mt. Skukum Gold Mines, which grew from grassroots exploration to production. Mr. Davidson also had an active role in a number of other notable mines and exploration projects including the Courageous Lake Project, Golden Bear Mine and the Denton-Rawhide Mine. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Energold Drilling Corp., a socially and environmentally sensitive contract drilling company for the international mining sector. Mr. Davidson received his MBA from the University of British Columbia in 1970 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1971. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC.

Mr. Gorzynski has been IMPACT's Vice President of Exploration since February 2004. Mr. Gorzynski is an experienced geologist and engineer whose wide-ranging experience spans over 40 years and has included projects over much of the globe. His work has involved a variety of commodities with particular expertise in precious and base metals. Mr. Gorzynski was instrumental in identifying, negotiating and completing the purchase of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan project for the Company. He has served on the boards and in management of several junior mining companies. Mr. Gorzynski holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. He is a Professional Engineer registered in the Province of British Columbia.

Mr. Alexandri is a Mexican-registered mining engineer with 40 years experience in mining and metallurgical design with multiple companies including COO Dia Bras in Mexico and Peru (Sierra Metals Inc), COO Core Gold Inc., and COO of Impact Silver. Mr. Alexandri is also a consultant and advisor to Apian Capital and numerous mining projects. received his B. Eng. in Mining Engineering - Cum Laude from Universidad de Guanajuanto, Mexico in 1978, and qualified in Business Administration from Universidad de Monterrey in 1984.  Together with a core team of engineers and geologists he has built & operated over 10 mines in Mexico.

Mr. Huang was appointed CFO of IMPACT Silver in 2018. Prior to his appointment he assisted in corporate development and investor relations role with the Company since 2015 and was VP Corporate Development with Energold Drilling with annualized revenues of $100 million since 2012. He has over 12 years of public companies experience, executing on strategic and financing initiatives for junior companies on joint ventures, financings, and deals over $90M to date.

Previously he worked with CIBC in Financial Advisory roles managing high networth portfolios and advisory for natural resource clients. He graduated with Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia jointly with Jiaotong University in Shanghai. He has also completed the Chartered Professional Accountant PREP program.

Mr. Tanaka is a retired exploration geologist with over 45 years of experience in all aspects of the global mining industry. He has an exceptional record in mineral exploration and has participated in several mineral discoveries. Since starting his career with Cominco Ltd., Mr. Tanaka has held senior executive positions with Asamera Inc., Freeport McMoran Gold Corp., Aber Resources Ltd., Major General Resources Ltd., Fjordland Exploration Inc., Pathfinder Resources Ltd., and Bayswater Uranium Corp.

Mr. Mazur is a geoscientist who, for over 30 years, has held positions in the international mineral exploration and mining industry as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on uranium, gold, base metals, coal and industrial minerals projects in North and South America. Mr. Mazur served as a senior manager for Canamax Resources Inc. and former CEO of IMPACT Minerals. He is currently the President and CEO of Forum Energy Metals Corp. and Director, Midnight Sun Mining.

Mr. Lishman brings over 40 years of investment industry and business experience to the IMPACT Board of Directors. He brings strong portfolio management and financing expertise to the Company. For the last 10 years Mr. Lishman has worked with Yellowjacket, LP, an investment fund, where he is currently the Managing General Partner. Mr. Lishman spent the first 12 years of his career in the mining industry and has had over 30 years of experience as an investor in a variety of precious metals mining companies. He holds an AB from Harvard College.

Mr. Olmedo is an experienced independent consultant in Mexico with an Engineer in Geology degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Master of Science Degree applied in Mineral Exploration (Minex) from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He's a registered Member in good standing of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Engineers (SME) USA and a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101, SEC, JORC, and SAMREC codes. With over 40 years with Mexican and international corporations in mineral exploration, economical assessment and marketing of petrochemicals and mineral commodities, Mr. Olmedo has been instrumental in helping IMPACT monitor exploration operations in Mexico, and navigate strategic transactions and joint ventures. Companies he has consulted for since 2004 include Equinox Gold, Glencore International, Candelaria Mining, Gold Group, Solaris Copper, and AMC Mining Consultants.

Ms. Meiklejohn is a highly accomplished senior financial executive, with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and institutional equity sales and, most recently, serving as a chief financial officer for various high-growth public and private companies. Her comprehensive expertise encompasses financial reporting and valuation, governance, strategy, corporate finance, fundraising, and investor relations, with a record of securing equity through a vast network of institutional, high net worth and venture capital investors. In her recent roles, as chief financial officer, Ms. Meiklejohn led financial audits, quarterly reporting and corporate governance initiatives. Additionally, her board participation, including her directorship at Forum Energy Metals and Horizon West Infrastructure Fund, showcases her commitment to governance and strategic financial oversight. Ms. Meiklejohn's educational background, with an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BBA from the University of Regina, along with her professional designations as a CPA, CA and CBV, solidifies her as a distinguished figure in finance and strategic management.
