Vice President, Finance
Mr. Huang is the Company's Vice President, Finance, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2015, he has supported the Company in corporate development and investor relations. He was formerly Vice President, Corporate Development at Energold Drilling, supporting a business with approximately $100 million in annualized revenues. Mr. Huang has over 12 years of public company experience, executing strategic, financing, and joint venture transactions totaling more than $90 million. He previously held financial advisory roles at CIBC, advising high-net-worth and natural resource clients. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, completed jointly with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and has completed the CPA PREP program.
