IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT" or "the Company") announces that it has granted, pursuant to its stock option plan, a total of 1,860,000 stock options to directors, officers and employees exercisable at a price of $0.98 per share for a five year term.
IMPACT has control of the majority of two entire mineral districts in central Mexico: the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver District and the Capire-Mamatla Mineral District adjacent to and southwest of Zacualpan. The Company currently produces silver with lead, zinc and gold at its 500 tonne per day Guadalupe processing plant in the Royal Mines of Zacualpan District.
