IMPACT Silver Corp. announces that it is changing its auditors from Staley, Okada & Partners, Chartered Accountants of Vancouver, BC to Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte, Chartered Accountants, of Suite 1700 - 1140 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 4G1. The former auditors have voluntarily resigned effective November 28, 2006.

There are no reservations in any auditors' reports nor any reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 in connection with the audits by Staley, Okada & Partners, Chartered Accountants, of the Company's two most recently completed fiscal years or any subsequent period.

This Notice, together with the required response letters from each of Staley, Okada & Partners, Chartered Accountants, and Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte, Chartered Accountants, have been reviewed by the Company's Audit Committee.

The resignation of Staley, Okada & Partners, Chartered Accountants, and the recommendation to appoint Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte, Chartered Accountants, as successor auditors have been approved by the Company's Audit Committee.
